First Friends Pre-School is a community playgroup run by a small, experienced team.

We have been part of the village for many years progressing from starting in a classroom of the primary school to our own purpose-built building.

During this time, we have established strong links with the community and village school.

Our Pre- School is designed with a large open plan space with direct access to our outdoor play area. The outdoor area has three specific zones to allow for a variety of opportunities.

The children can safely use bikes and other balancing equipment as well as engaging with wildlife in our environmental area. In this area there is facilities to plant and grow and engage with nature.

We offer a healthy snack and drink of milk or water at each session and at our lunch club the children are given the opportunity to gain independence and socialise with peers.

We are registered to offer a variety of funded and fee-based place options:

• Universal 15 hours funded education for all 3/4-year-olds (term after 3^rd birthday).
• An extra up to 15hrs (totalling 30hrs) for eligible working families.
• 2-year-old funding for qualifying families from the term after their 2^nd birthday.
• Invoiced fee-paying places.

We are open from 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.

Lunch 11.30am- 12pm
PM 12pm-3.00pm
